This was the launchpad of our little girl’s communication development. Thank you Ruth. This gave my girl her voice. Her voice to communicate her interests. Choices. Dislikes. Help. So much more than the typical ‘I want’ led approach often adopted. It showed us how to get started amongst a daunting and what felt like huge new arena. By starting of simple each week we extended how we used it. Now it is firmly in my girl’s toolkit and I am forever adapting it to suit her. She can now communicate how she feels when she is poorly. Something I have always worried about. It’s given her a voice. Recommend this to any family. Even before you start the AAC journey!

Pairs beautifully with this podcast
